Getting back into shape

Yoyo effect have you heard of that? It's like being slim then fat again, slim and fat again. That would be my typical body story. I had slim body then I became fat didn't like it try my best to be slim again. So far the fastest way for me be slim is when I'm stress out but at some point stress is also the fastest way for me to gain weight. Well it just depends on how my body responds to stress.

I want to formulate a diet and exercise routine that would motivate me without interfering with my life style. I am a pretty busy teacher. I also don't like the feeling of depriving myself form the food I want. I do write blogs about food so you could just imagine fast I could gain weight.

1. Exercise.
There are a lot of Youtube video that you could watch that would suit you. As for me, I don't like a video wherein the instructor talk to much and move to fast because I'm pretty slow. sometime I just edit the video and combine the parts that I like. I usually go with those relaxing type of video.

2. Diet.
As of now I just eat whatever we have. But before when I was on a diet I would buy oatmeal or cereal good for a month and just eat that. I also try my best to stay away from eating rice of I just eat it during lunch. I buy fruits and yogurt for snack it was pretty much controlled. If some one ask me out to eat my face would change like disgust cause I'm think of the weight I would gain. It was pretty weird like who would give that reaction to food.

3. Motivation.
A friend of mine once told me that he would like to see me slimmer. He was my friend since highschool until now and we are comfortable saying those things to each other without being offended. I was slim when I was in highschool. So I tried my best to lose weight even thought I knew he wouldn't see me that often cause his working in a different place. But the thing is he kept me motivated like he would say "stay away from certain food", "try eating Nestle Fitness", "go to the gym" and many other things. Believe it or not those days were my slimmest days. Like I get to wear tuck in without being conscious about my belly, I was that slim. My other friend were even shock to see how slim I was. I only took my 3 months. After that healthy life style, a stressful workplace cause me to even lose more weight, not good.
I wish we could see each other again and I wish he would would say that he likes to see me slimmer but sad to say medical school have been keeping him busy and we hardly see each other now.

The point is in order for me to lose weight I need someone to acknowledge that I need to lose weight a side from myself and I need the continuous support to keep myself motivated and I know that other people sees the same way. The problem is my family would always say "ok lang katawan mo" even though my clothes are popping out out because of to much weight.

Getting back into shape

Now here is what I'm going to do and this is base from my experience on losing weight and other videos I watch in weight lose.

1. Exercise.

A. Follow some exercise video I download every morning for 30 minutes.
B. Go back to my morning walk every weekend, hopefully it doesn't rain
C. Get 8 hours of sleep but I'm not sure I can do this since I busy with paper works but I will try.

2. Diet.

A. I will only eat rice during lunch.
B. My snack will only be fruits, yogurt, frozen Chuckie
C. If ever I eat something sweet I need to work out 20 minutes
D. I will do my best to stay away from over eating.
E. I will go back to eating cereal and oatmeal.
F. Once a week I will have a cheat day wherein I can eat 1 food that I like, not all the food I like because my diet would be useless if that is the case.

3. Motivation

A. Today I chat with that friend of mine I told you. Hopefully will see each other and I can get motivation again about getting slimmer.
B. My clothes in the cabinet that I haven't worn because I doesn't fit rather that being depress about it I'll use it as a motivation that in 3 months time I can wear them again.
C. The people telling me I'm fat, wait for it next you'll say I'm slim hehehehe!

Hopefully, I be back in shape and won't yoyo back to being fat.

9/25/2016 It has been 1 week since I wrote this blog was I successful? No! I actually violated all. I ate icecream, I didn't work out, I slept late, I only ate cereal twice in this week. In short my motivation was low. But this doesn't mean I should give up I just have to try again just like what my friend said. I'm not delaying my back to shape goal I just have to search for other exercise videos does that I can do. I also need to look for other meals I can eat. Baby steps.

10/1/2016 I did yoga once this week. I also ate cold oatmeal with peanut butter and banana. Actually cold oatmeal taste better than warm oatmeal. Still no weight lost but I'll get there... Baby steps... I'll soon wear clothes without a problem.

10/16/2016 At some point I was pretty good in following my diet I even list down the food I eat but my schedule became demanding because it is examination week so I ate some unhealthy food like those from fast food chain. Since I didn't want to do that again I bought some small identical container and I'm going to prepare my meal for the week so that I won't have to do it every morning.
Saying No to rice isn't easy specially because I'm a Filipino and rice is our staple food having that said I still do eat rice during dinner and I know it is not the right time but it is the time I can eat rice. During breakfast and lunch I eat my oatmeal or hard boiled egg without rice.  I also make it a point to drink a lot of water, according to a weight loss videos I watched drinking water will help you loss weight by letting your body let go of the other water it is holding in. I'm also eating fruits everyday and again this is base on a video I watched about diet, our body can easy digest food that are natural. If it is process the body will just store it as fats so stay away from it ok. Choose the regular yogurt the one without flavor it is more healthy.
I also did some research on diet recipe like oatmeal with dark chocolate, egg and banana pancake, oatmeal with carrots, fruits with yogurt don't worry if the fruit turns brown the taste doesn't change, I also did some infuse water. Again prepare food ahead of time is the key to keeping up with a diet plan and make sure to give time to eat the food you really want so you won't feel deprived. Just don't eat too many. Ok! Look dieting doesn't mean Saying NO to every food you like it is more of find better food to eat and stay with it.

10/27/2016 It has been 1 month and 2 days since I started steps in getting back to shape and I'm happy to say that I am getting use to my diet and happy to say that I am doing some workout because it is sembreak and we don't have class. If you are wondering if there are improvements? Well to be honest I hardly see it I still have my belly fat (muffin top when I wear my pants) and my wiggly arms. But I'm not losing hope I just have to be more determine in doing my exercise and diet.

The Burger List By Meiam

First and foremost, I’m not chef or food expert but I do know if a food taste good or not and I do love to eat, like who doesn’t like to eat. Second, I wanted to write something about burger because it gives me another reason to eat burger hahaha! Just kidding, I just want to appraise the burgers available here in our city.
But before that let’s define BURGER, a sandwich consisting of a bun, a cooked beef patty, and often other ingredients such as cheese, onion slices, lettuce, or condiments, this is according to ”the free dictionary by Farlex”

1. Jollibee “Cheesy Beacon Mushroom Yum”- To be honest, Jollibee will always have a special place in my heart, I am a Jollibee kid. Every bite of the Yum Burger is like a step back of to my childhood and the taste haven’t change one bit. It is truly “langhap-Sarap”. I love fact that the taste stays in my mouth after I eat the Yum Burger.

2. Barney’s Burger “Beacon Cheese Burger”- The price range of Barney’s Burger is from 59 to 120. Classic is 1 scoop and Supreme is 2 scoop. I love the powerful red color of the venue. Nice crew, they serve water without me ask, lovely smile and they answered my question about how is this classic different from supreme etc. Now it’s time to get back to busy the taste of the burger. It was delicious, I love the beefy taste and as I look closely in the cooked beef, I saw the green herbs and spices inside it. The melting cheese was dreamy and very mouth watering.

3. Big Boss Burger “Little Bossing”- Volcanic rock grilled this is what makes Big Boss Burger different from other burgers. What does that mean? I’m not exactly sure but since it said volcanic rock grilled maybe it was grilled with Igneous rock. Well anyway going back, when I saw the little bossing the first thing that came out of my mind was “How am I suppose to eat this, it’s too big and take note this is just the little bossing”. I was eating like a kid without manners because ingredients of the burger were falling every time I bite it. While eating it I could smell not beef but the volcanic grill. There was this yellow thing in the burger and I don’t know what it was, my brother said it was onion rings with thick coating. The taste was fine. The crew was funny the thought I was Japanese. The place was ok and if you are not comfortable eating in front of the road they have a second floor. Another nice thing about their place is that it is near Ilovemilktea so I brought a milktea to pair with my burger. Milktea and Burger, who ever thought it could be a pair, right? Oh! well that's me.

For now those are the burgers that I have tried but I’m still planning to eat at other places and add the here. Until next time.

How to STOP PROCRASTINATING

Have you ever experience having difficulty in sleeping because you are thinking about those papers you haven’t checked or encoded. To make it worst, your deadline is tomorrow but you still have previous commitments that are piled up in your table or hidden in your bag.

I know how you feel because I'm a person who has a lot of paper works. I'm a teacher, a tutor and part-time librarian in our school, having that said you could easily imagine how much paper works I have, which is so stressful. I always convince myself that I'll finish my work at home. I'll do my work on the weekend and magically finish it all. The problem is, I don't do it at home, I'm too lazy to do it at home. My determination to finish my work at home just turns into an illusion the moment I get home. The result is loads of unchecked and unrecorded papers, stress out body and mind because of unmet deadlines and irregular sleeping pattern. Which is basically my life for the past 2 years and I can’t stand it.

Therefore, I tried to search means and ways to make my time productive and convince myself to finish my work during working hours so that I won’t have to bring it home every day or every weekend. Trust me, seeing or thinking about work during those times that you should have been resting is really stressful. I experienced terrible hair fall, weight loss, weight gain and sometimes emotional eating or maybe just my cravings hahaha!

Ok! Enough with the intro let’s do this! Here are some things I do to be productive.

1. 50 minutes work and 10 minutes rest. I read this in the internet and I can’t remember the website. It’s this simple do the work for 50 minutes then take a break for 10 minutes after that another 50 minutes work. Technically, it is just means that you need break in between work and it shouldn’t be too long because you might forget you have work or you might lose your momentum in work. Beyond doubt, it is effective for me.

2.  Find a place wherein you could focus and do your work. I used to go to the city library at 10am every Saturday to do my work because it is air-conditioned, quiet, have wifi and they allow me to eat in my place and play low volume music. However, they close the library at 4 pm and I’m still not done with my work. On Sundays, I do my work at Dunkin donuts and buy a dozen of doughnuts so that it wouldn’t be embarrassed that I stayed there for hours to finish work and used their wifi.

Now I do it at home at the dining area because it is more convenient for me, I wouldn’t have to worry about the time and transportation.  We also have wifi now at home. Another reason for me do it in the dining area is base on my experience working in my room is not really productive for me because I see my bed and it temps me to go to sleep. Therefore, bedroom is a BIG NO!

3. Do your in the at office or in my case at school. Come on! I know you have vacant period during work or am I the only one who have that hahaha! The bottom line is use this time not chat with your co-workers but to do your work so you wouldn’t have to bring it home. Yes! I know vacant period is the time for you to relax and I also that know you won’t be able to finish it with the limited time which us to number 4.

4. Do your little by little. Back then, I didn’t believe in this one I would rather do it all at once however cause me stress because I can’t do it and it just resulted to a burnout. Now I telling you based on my experience it is possible do it one at a time. Start with one part, focus and work on it for 2 hours then do it again tomorrow, in 5 working days you’ll have 10 hours and for me it was enough to finish my work. You don’t have to do it all at once. The best thing about this is that if you finished on the weekdays you’ll enjoy your weekend or if you don’t at least you’ll have less more to do.

5. Stay away from distraction. Whether it is physical or mental distraction, stay away from it. Like telling yourself, “I will do this after I buy snack in the grocery I need food while working”, “I do it after I watch this movie I’ve been waiting for” or “ I’m stressed out I need to clear my mind first before I do this. I need to have a massage and pedicure first” Come on know your time. If you only have 5 hours to go and you stress out then take a deep breath and start working. You’ll never get things done unless you start.

6. Don’t wastes too much time finding that work mode of yours, it will come. Start where you are. I know I said that you should find a place where you can focus on your work but if you can’t it then start where you are don’t waste your time that time could had been use for sleeping.

7. Listen to something to keep you working. This is again another experience based sharing, most of the time I am able to focus on my work if I listen to sometime, it keeps me in my game. I have ready-made playlist song I listen to while working. If I get bored listening to the songs I turn on my laptop, play a movie, and listen to it. It keeps me up until the following by that I mean I’ve been working for 24 hour hehehe!

8. Make a checklist or a to-do list. I love making checklist in my planner because it outlines the things I need to do or haven’t done and seeing all the checks in my checklist makes me feel proud of myself.

9. Ask for help. Sometimes if the work is to much I ask help from my mom or my friends and it helps motivate me to do my work and get the momentum. So do be shy ask for help.

10. Start NOW! The moment you get a task or work to do start on it right away. The two reason I know that people get piles of unfinished work are: 1. The time given to finish the task is insuffecient or 2. You didn't start right away and you and up running out of time. The time you had then can never be brought back so use it wisely and start now.

11.  Know your priorities. Sometimes the reason I get pilled up with work is that I don't know my priorities. Sometimes I tend to over help other people and make it my priority while I still have other things in my hand. I'm saying this to remind myself and to give you an advice that it is ok to prioritize yourself and not help others. If ever you are going to help other make sure you have nothing in your hands right now.

12. Don't give up. If ever you are going to start working on your project or work and you are running out of time try your best to focus. Don't cry and say this is hopeless. You can do it! Make it as productive as possible.

13. Watch this video from Wellcast. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qvcx7Y4caQE
It’s a pretty good video I watched it several time to motivate me to stop procrastinating. It has great advises that you should try.

Remember you’ll never get things done unless you start so start now one at a time.

Chocolate Hills on blue water

This is the famous view deck at Governor's Island wherein you can most of the islands.

I was born and raised in Pangasinan and might sound weird but this is my first time to go to Hundred Islands and explore the place. Hundred Islands is a national park in the Philippines which is also famous tourist destination. It is also one of the 7 Wonders of the Philippines.

“Chocolate Hills on blue water” this is how I would describe the Hundred Islands and beyond doubt it was marvelous. Amazing how GOD places all this islands and large rocks together.
In this island you could see the statue of the Virgin Mary that's why they called it Cathedral.

To get to Hundred Islands we rode a Victory liner bus going to Sta. Cruz. The fare from the Dagupan to Alaminos is 66 pesos. This was the funny part my friend and I thought we got on the wrong bus because it was heading North instead of West. But then again the bus just took a shortcut through the diversion road to get Lingayen.

We ate breakfast at a fast food chain but there are lots of canteens in Lucap serving local delicacies if you want to eat sea foods. From Alaminos City we rode a tricycle going Lucap, we paid him 80. Yap!  It is pretty expensive but there were 3 of us so we just shared.

Waiting for our boat at Lucap.

At the left side of the harbor you can find the registration area. We were lucky because the counter we registered in didn’t have a long line unlike the others. After that we paid our bill in the ruin establishment. There were many lines and it definitely lack order. Luckily, kind female workers helped us with the line. There was a line for small boat, medium boat and large boat; the line inside the office was for the small boats so if you don’t know which line is for you boat since there is not signage just ask the people uniform. We paid 1400 pesos for the boat, 30 pesos for the entrance and 20 pesos for the insurance.

The smile on our face shows how happy we are and we just can't hide it.
There are many different activities offered in islands but my heart and soul was set for the zip-line. There are 2 zip-lines Hundred Island, the 546 meters island to island zip-line in Governor’s Island going to Virgin Island would cost 250 pesos but the line of people was too discouraging and we were get thirst because of the heat so we decide to continue our island hoping. The second zip-line is found at Quezon Island, 120 meters for 100 pesos and I was lucky there was no line. My trip to Hundred Islands was complete because of this experience and of course the white sand. The boat ride would take you around the Hundred Islands, drop you off in two islands, and come back to pick up. We were so bless that our boat driver was so nice to us, he drop us of in 4 islands Governor’s Island, Quezon Island, Mayor’s Island and Clave Island. We also had a stop near an island that doesn’t have a shore where my Rezzie could dive and swim. Our boat driver stayed with us the whole day so we didn’t have trouble going back to harbor because at some point there was no signal at some island.

120 meters zip-line at Quezon Island.

Relaxing under a weathered rock at Clave Island.

We ate lunch, swim and relax at Clave Island. I love the white sand; it was my first time to actually see and hold white sand and to be honest yes I couldn’t resist to bring some home, it was in my clothes hahaha. The sand is only at the shore of the beach so once you go to the water you’ll be standing on rocks which made thing complicated because you might get scratch, your feet might get in between the rocks and it was pretty hard to balance unlike in walking on sand. I also notice that beach had many leaves and branches in the water but the good thing is I also saw some tourist taking it out to keep the beach clean.

Travel Tips
I’m not exactly an expert in traveling but here are some tips that I find important in traveling.

1. Put your clean clothes in a plastic bag. Here’s thing, while we were traveling on the beach of Clave Island my backpack got wet because of the waves, end result some of my clean clothes got wet. So learn from my mistake, PUT YOUR CLEAN CLOTHES IN A PLASTIC BAG and after you changed clothes you can put your wet clothes in the plastic bag.

2. Bring a small bag. The small bag is intended for your wallet, lotion, alcohol, tissue, shade, etc. In short, the purpose of this is to get easy access to you important thing. I only brought one medium size backpack and when I was looking for my wallet I really need to dig in my things to find it I even thought it was lost. OMG! Panic attack.

3. Prepare hygiene kit. One time I went out on trip with my friends I thought I pack very thing I need but I didn’t and I was a horrible experience for me. From then on I prepare hygiene kit which I could easily grab every time I travel.
Here are things inside it: tissue, alcohol, deodorant, sun block, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, dental floss-pick, sanitary napkin, eyebrow liner, bra, panty, plastic bag, money and medicine for my allergy, colds, LBM and Vitamin C.

4. Don’t place your money in one place. In the event that you did lost your wallet at least you still have extra money hidden in your bag, pocket or slippers and you can go home.

5. Bring ICE COLD WATER. Trust me, under this summer heat you’ll be drinking like a dog.

6. Keep your gadgets safe. Put your camera or cell phone in a plastic bag or a zip lock because once it gets wet with salt water, its goodbye.

7. Don’t wear stretchable clothes. This is just an advice ok if you want to wear stretchable clothes in the beach the go ahead but the sand will get stuck in it and it would be hard to take them off. I wash my shorts and it look clean as in no more sand but when I pull it I saw all the sand inside, it was really hard to was it.

8. Protect your skin. Use sun block and reapply it every 2 hour or as instructed. Wear shades and cap. I honestly prefer to use scarf then umbrella at times like this because aside from the fact that it is fashionable, I can use it as a towel and I won’t have to think about the strong wind inverting my umbrella.

9. Check the weather. You can easily check the weather in the internet; it could show you an hourly update so you could make necessary precaution. Remember you need to ride a boat to get to the Hundred Islands, it wouldn’t be a nice ride if it rains special if you are on a small boat.

10. Stay in a cool and shaded area. My friends and I stayed under a weathered rock near the beach which was a great idea. A true-blue nature experience, sitting on the white wet sand while the wave splash on your feet and admiring the weather rock above your head and clear blue water on the beach. This is the best.

My lunch Spicy Century Tuna and rice.
11. Travel light. Yap! After all those things that I said you should bring I’m still advice you to travel light bring what you need. My friends and I agreed to pack our own food so we don’t have to bring a pot of rice. You don’t need a buffet just the right amount of food though there are some stores in the island the price is pretty expensive.

12. Bring a bucket of patience. Going to the Hundred Islands during Summer or Holidays means crowded areas, long line of people, lack of water and some ill-tempered people so keep your and be patient. Trust me seeing the Hundred Island will be worth it.

13. Know your time. It is important to keep in mind the time that you have. We left Dagupan City at 5am and we got to Alaminos around 6am. There were a lot of people in Lucap when we got there. We left the islands around 1:30 pm and when we got to shore there was long line at bathroom waiting for us which consume most of our time, again bring a bucket of patience. Around 3pm we were at the bus station to take the 3:30 pm bus going to Dagupan City. It wasn’t the last trip to the Dagupan City but most of the passenger we’re already standing until Bimaley so if we stayed a little bit longer we have been standing too.

14. Enjoy. This is the main reason you want to go to Hundred Island to explore the place and enjoy. To escape from all the stress, so don’t let some hassle ruin your trip because we certainly didn’t.

To wrap it up I would like to thank my good friend Ayesah and his cousin Rezzie for the great adventure. It’s always feels amazing, stress-free and fun every time we go out. Jeffrey, you should come next time so we’d be complete hehehe! We might have had unclear plans on where to go but I still love how things went. You guys taught me that travel isn’t expensive thus we should explore. It was just a one day but beyond doubt the experience could last a life time.

Solo Date at Sprinkles Cakeshop & Restaurant by Mhay's Kitchen

This isn't my first time to have a Solo date or a date by myself and I'm pretty comfortable with it. Though it would be better if I had a friend to chat with but since our schedule won't fit and I really want to go out the result will be Solo date. In my own opinion I find that Solo date gives me that independent feeling like I get to decide where to go, what to do, what eat and how long it will be.

For the pass few month this now cake shop and restaurant have been catching my eyes every time I pass it on my way home and going to work. So I made it a point that I will go there and eat. How will I describe the place from the outside, well it's simple but not boring it's actually inviting and once you go inside you would see different decorations from walls to ceiling displaying how creative the owner is. The venue really looks good and refreshing. A crafty place wherein you could get attach with your inner artist. I would say that this is Kodak friendly place. You would just want to have pictures in every corner. I saw in their Facebook page that there was even a pre-wedding pictorial there. For me it was a good place to stay and just be myself. Sprinkles is located at Philippine Chinese Academy Bldg., Arellano, 2400 Dagupan City, Pangasinan (across Sony Center) because it is near my place transportation wouldn’t be a problem. Even though it is not located at the center of the city you would still find it convenient because downtown jeeps makes a U-turn pass that area so people from the city would just need to take 1 ride to go there and nearby town people will take 2 rides.

They serve different kinds of food from paste to rice meals and cakes. I personal make blueberry cheesecake with my older sister and sell them to my friends and co-workers, having said this it's pretty obvious that I ordered a blueberry cheesecake and see if it reaches my standards. I honestly think my blueberry cheesecake taste better. There was no aftershock taste in the cheesecake which I always look for when we make blueberry cheesecakes. However, I really loved the whip cream on top definitely tasty and delicious. The crust was also good, well intact. I'm not good in making crust in my blueberry cheesecake I'm still trying to improve it. I stop eating the cheesecake for a while to write my blog while the ideas are still fresh and to watch the movie they were showing on the television "Everyday, I love you". Then I ate the cheesecake again and believe it or not, it kinda tasted better. Maybe the cream cheese wasn't well mixed so it tasted like that. Overall I would say the cheesecake was good compared to the cheesecakes that I tasted in other cakes shops. It wasn’t jelly or foamy, it was just right.

I would give them an astonishing remark on their accommodation to think that I was almost closing time when I went there. They turn on the television so I could watch something. They do little acts of kinds like giving water, turning on the electric fan and making sure you are comfortable. They were so nice to take picture of me, not just once but several times. And little did I know that one of the ladies that took my picture was actually the owner. I only found out when I check their page. Truly an image on how humble the owner is. While I was there, they were still talking about ways on how to improve the place which was very impressive because seeing the place right now was already awesome.

The owner took this picture for me. Thank you.
She also took this one and some other. She was nice also her crew.
To sum it all up, YES! I would go back there whether I’m alone or with my friends. I would try their other meals maybe pasta next time. Try it for yourself and be the judge. The place is easy to find just ride any Bonuan or Downtown jeep.

The Famous Magboul Shawarma

I'm not exactly sure how long Magboul have been in the business but they sure make the best beef and chicken shawarma in Dagupan City. They have only one branch, it’s located at 371 McArthur H-way Tapuac Dist.,Dagupan City. The place is quite small and hardly ran out of people; it just goes to show how good the food is.

They are famous for their beef shawarma but I choose to eat the chicken shawarma with rice and cabbage. This is a personal choice, I tried their beef shawarma and it taste great but since I had my brace I choose not to eat beef. Another good thing about Magboul is that they make their own sauce, you could actually see them preparing every ingredient, and I truly love the garlic sauce and hot sauce, best combination ever. I don’t know how to describe the exact taste of the shawarma, it spicy, creamy with just the right amount of tenderness unquestionably delicious. The price would range from 50 to 85 pesos, good enough even for people on a budget like me.

While you’re there you could see the owner of the shop. Sometimes asking orders or preparing the table for you. They are really hands on with the business. I admire people who act like leaders and not bosses.
So come on what are you waiting for? Go out and have taste of the unquestionably delicious Magboul Shawarma. If there are too many people, it’s a sign on how scrumptious the food is. Just think that you can always have it take out and enjoy it at home like I do. It will all be worth it, believe me.

Novice in being a Maid of Honor

The moment I found out that I will be the maid of honor of my teacher I was overjoy; literally jumping up and down. It was my first time to be a maid of honor and I never expected that she would pick me. Yes! We are close but I'm not her relative or anything but what ever the reason was, I glad she pick me. I promise myself to be the best maid of honor.

I started searching in the internet on what makes a good maid of honor, I was expecting something like you should be sexy, beautiful and dress like an elegant princess but all I saw were tips on what to bring during weddings like hair-clip, pins, stockings etc. Why should I bring those? The make-up artist can do that for us. Anyway, I just did what I want I work out like jogging and conscious eating. To have a nice figure and look good that was my goal.

December 12, 2015 was the day for the fitting of the gown. To be honest I didn't like the gown they gave me; the other one was too conservative and the other one was too revealing. So I decided to look for my own gown for the wedding. I started with cocktail dress but I didn't like them. It look weird in me. Going to different boutiques and putting on and taking off the gown was not easy it was quite frustrating. Most of the beautiful gown were already taken. They were also pricey from 800 pesos to 1000 pesos, definitely not worth it.

Good thing my sister's friend Ma'am Gloan recommend a boutique, Erica's gown. Ma'am Gloan was so nice to accompany there and help me pick a gown, she also ask for a discount and I got it very cheap... It made me feel like dancing hahaha!
